Terms and Conditions
1. Insurance and Liability
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, personal accident, loss of property, and medical expenses is strongly recommended. The Company acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and independent service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, etc.). While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the quality and reliability of our partners, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, delay, loss, or irregularity resulting from acts or omissions of third parties. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services booked.
2. Health, Safety, and Conduct
- Clients must inform the Company of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility limitations at the time of booking.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse participation in activities that may pose health or safety risks.
- The Client agrees to act responsibly and respect the natural environment, cultural sites, and local communities.
3. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of these Terms for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, political instability, pandemics, labor strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule services or issue a partial refund, subject to supplier policies.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected (such as names, contact details, and travel preferences) is used solely to facilitate your travel arrangements and ensure service quality. 5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issue during your trip, please notify your local guide or our Amman office immediately so that we can resolve the matter promptly. If the issue remains unresolved, a written complaint may be submitted within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion. We will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and seek a fair resolution.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amman, Jordan.
