1.Reservations and Confirmation
- All travel arrangements must be booked directly through the Company or its authorized representatives.
- A booking is considered confirmed only when written confirmation and the required deposit have been received by the Company.
- The services confirmed will be those explicitly stated in the official itinerary or invoice.
Payment Terms - To secure your travel arrangements, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled no later than the start of your tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and international bank transfers. Prices are quoted in ( USD) and may be subject to adjustment due to currency fluctuations or changes in local taxes before the final payment is made. Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
2. Pricing Policy
All prices are based on current rates, taxes, and supplier costs at the time of quotation. While every effort is made to maintain published prices, the Company reserves the right to adjust prices in response to significant economic changes, increased fuel costs, or governmental taxes beyond our control. You will be notified of any changes prior to final confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Changes by the Client
All cancellations or modification requests must be submitted in writing. The following policy applies unless otherwise stated in your specific itinerary or contract:

Date changes or partial cancellations after confirmation may incur additional administrative or supplier fees.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
5. Cancellations or Alterations by the Company
In the event that unforeseen circumstances require alteration or cancellation of a confirmed service (e.g., weather disruptions, supplier failure, safety concerns, or force majeure), the Company will: 1. Offer an alternative service of equal value, or 2. Provide a full or partial refund for the affected component. The Company will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Client as a result of such circumstances.
6. Client Obligations
- It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, visas, health certifications, and insurance policies are valid for the duration of travel.
- The Client agrees to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during their trip.
- The Company reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any traveler whose behavior disrupts the operation of the tour or compromises the safety or comfort of others.
7. Special Requests
Special requirements (such as room preferences, dietary needs, or mobility assistance) must be communicated at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to fulfill these requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
